WebMD is one of the most popular health resources online. While attending General Assembly UX Design Immersive, our team of three was tasked to create a more personal experience for the users of WebMD.
Challenge
Yes, WebMd site has loads of health information. Sure that’s all great, but if you can’t find the things your looking for, you're bombarded by irrelevant information and annoying ads ... are you going to use it again? Chances are you are not.
Let us also remember it’s not just any kind of information you search for on WebMD; it’s the most personal and important information in life = your health!
