SEEING PRODUCT POTENTIAL & "HONING" IT - pun intended
In a team with two other designers, I did user experience work for Honeit in San Francisco. The original brief was to leverage the current site and/or add a feature, but we ended doing something quite different.
After thorough usability testing and research, we not only produced a redesign for Honeit, but we also helped them better understand their users, their product, and even their potential.
We reorganized their site information architecture and created a modular design that improved the experience by getting rid of all pain-points and friction stakeholders had not even known was there.
